once you made payement to Us you agreed to our conditions and you accepte our terms, if by some reason the supplied password did not worked for you, please Email us so we can assiste you further.

Once you make purchass, please send us 2nd email confirmation from your paypal email adding this words " i have agreed to the terms of use of this site and i allow this payement" if we do not get that agreement we wil not proceed your request .

but if the password still not work you are obliged to make us video proof with your password entery on your locked dell (clear video with no ambiguity), once video is correct and password still not work then we will refund but if the video is not clear enough we keep the right to not refund you.
